Step 1: Open a image, Dulplicate the picture (Ctrl+J) twice

Step 2: Go to Filter > Distort > Diffuse Glow.
Step 3: Set the Grainess into 0, Glow Amount of 2, and Clear Amount of 6. OK.
Step 4: Go to Image > Adjustment > Hue & Saturation. Set the Saturation to 30
.
- 5 :Now we want to start putting makeup on the model. choose Burn Tool. Select the suitable brush size, with Normal Brush, with the Hardness of 0. Set the exposure into 11, range: Midtone. Start brushing on the area of the eyelid, to darken the area like putting the eyeliner. Brush on the eyebrow.
- 6: To highlight certain area we need Dodge Tools. Still using the same brush and the same setting, set the Range of Midtone, exposure : 16. Highlight on the eye to shine the eye.
- 7:After that, Select the Sponge Tool. This is the step for giving the color to the part that we highlighted. Set the brush into Saturate, flow: 22. Start brushing on the eye. Now you can see the color is now visible and the eye looks better.
Step 8: Still with the Sponge tool, now create the eyeshadow. Brushing on the both corner of the eye. Also, brushing on the cheeck and lips.
Step 9: make the hair looks shiny. Using dodge tool, with the same Setting in the step 6. Start highlighting on the hair.
Step 10 : Color of the hair. Choose Sponge tool, set the everything like in step 7, except the flow is 48. Brush on the hair.

Go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur, set the Radius to 50 pixels.
Set the Saturation to -100 and the Lightness to +25.


Step 1: Make new print document. That is, set the DPI-value to something above 250 and make the document quite big. A landscape A4 will do just fine for this tutorial.
Step 2:First we are going to make the dreamy background effect. So begin by resetting your foreground and background colors by hitting D on your keyboard. Then go ahead and render some clouds on a new layer (Double-click the Background layer, then use Filter > Render > Clouds).

Step 8:Add another Adjustment Layer, this time Hue/Saturation.
Step 9:Duplicate Layer 0, name it Waves and place it on top of all other layers.
Step 10:Flip the Waves layer horizontally (Edit > Transform > Flip Horizontally), then scale it up 150%.
Step 11:Apply a Wave filter. Use the same settings as before, but set the number of generators to 2.
Step 12:Set the Blending Mode of the Waves layer to Lighten.
Step 13:With the Waves layer selected, press Ctrl + L to adjust the Levels for the layer.
Step 14:Adjust the Hue/Saturation for the Waves layer (Ctrl + U.
Step 15:Add a new Color Balance Adjustment Layer to selectively modify the colors for Shadows, Mid-tones and Highlights.
Step 16:To give our waves a more defined look, go ahead and add a Curves Adjustment Layer.
Step 17:
Now press Ctrl + Shift + Alt + E to stamp visible layers. This creates a new layer that has all the contents of the visible layers below.Go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur, set the Radius to 50 pixels.
Step 18:Click the Add Layer Mask icon in the Layers palette. Then use the Layer Mask icon (next to the Layer Icon) to activate it. To activate the layer, just press the Layer Icon, but for now we are going to work on the Layer Mask so go ahead and activate it.
Step 19: Press D on your keyboard to reset your swatches to Black/White. Grab the Gradient Tool (G), then — with the layer mask active — drag a gradient from an interesting point of your image, out extending towards the edge of your image.
Step 20:
With the top layer selected, go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Hue/Saturation. Check “Use previous layer as clipping mask” and press OK.Set the Saturation to -100 and the Lightness to +25.
Step 21:Now, to create endless amounts of color variations you can add a new Hue/Saturation Adjustment Layer on top of all other layers. Set the Blending Mode of this layer to Color, then adjust the Hue and Saturation sliders.
